Two-steps Exercise: The Manager and the Internet
First step: What are the possible uses of different Internet technologies can be used in your organization (or other organization of your choice). Focus on the Internet as a management tool. Evaluate the various difficulties which the diffusion of Internet technology will face.
The Task is to produce a paper/presentation/knowledge on that issue and to work together through the web towards the improvement of the students' papers.
Second step:. Improve your exercise follwing the comments that were given in the class and specifically in regards to the first stage.

Slide presentation by Arnon Boneh - on the web. My impression from Arnon's study was very good basically because he used Power Point Technology to illustrate very clearly the themes of the course. Yet, there are some problems that have to be tackled in the second part of the exercise. First, the paper include some promises that are not full filed. For example, the page on Internet and planning specifies only the fact that the Internet facilitate and ease the diffusion of information. This may help us to plan. But is it all?.
Second, my requests for the exercise were to examine the Internet in the context of one particular organization.
Third and for the next step pls go into more elaborate scheme on one feature of the Internet and the way it can help the organization.
Slide presentation by Edna Broadai - on the web. I liked the presentation although at least two of the slides were not necessary in order to shed light on the issue (guess which one). My expectations for the second step are to take one aspects from the various contributions of the Internet and to throughly discuss it. (In short, step two follows the following rule: Comprehensive review - OUT; indepth analysis - IN).
