Future research projects:
(1) Organizational behavior and management: here I will continue to study organizational politics, organizational citizenship behavior, innovation and change, as well as employees behavior in public sector organizations, and will try to relate these issues with performance and affectivity of modern bureaucracies based on multiple sources of data and a comparative view of the private sector and the public sector;
(2) Public administration, public management, and politics: here I intend to focus on citizens' role in governance, collaboration among the three sectors (private, public, and third sector), on citizens attitudes towards governments and their relationship with democratic mechanisms both in the federal, state, and the local level. In this area I intend to examine the behaviors of both citizens and public personnel under dynamics of change and reforms in the public sector.
